I JUST SHAKE MY HEAD IN DISBELIEF

Labor Day weekend, President BO said Republicans have opposed virtually everything he has done to help the economy, and have proposed solutions that have only made the problem worse.

OK...let's look at this very professional president's whiny statement.

"Republicans have opposed virtually everything he has done to help the economy..."

What might those things be?

Doubling the deficit since he took office?

Now why on earth would Republicans oppose that?

Maybe we're talking about how Americans are "still looking for the 'shovel-ready' jobs they were promised more than a year ago" in the $814 billion economic stimulus measure

Why, no self-respecting Republican would point that out...would he?

Perhaps we reference bank bail-outs that have resulted in more bank closings than ever in American history?

Why would Republicans oppose that?

Surely we must be speaking of all of the other failed policies he has suggested and/or implemented.

Republicans would be foolish to oppose failed policies, would they not?

So, what about the part of the statement that claims that Republicans have proposed solutions that have only made the problem worse?

Say what?

Somebody please explain to me how proposing a solution makes a problem worse.

Merely proposing makes something worse?

Really?

I kinda thought something had to be done to make a problem worse (or better, for that matter).

President BO just babbles on, with dumb, ignorant statements that are absorbed by liberals as gospel.

In fact, liberals just burst with pride over this incompetent buffoon.

I just shake my head in disbelief.

Jo-Joe just babbles on, with dumb, ignorant statements that are absorbed by conservatives as gospel.

I just shake my head in disbelief.

I don't have time to argue with you tonight because I'm gainfully employed, gladly paying taxes, happily contributing to the American Way of Life, helping support my less fortunate fellow citizens and have a job to get to tomorrow.

And you are...what? Refresh my memory.

Wow Joe,

You've attracted a leftist hack, good for you. It's not every day that you can educate and be entertained by your pupil. You may have to say it slowly but it will eventually sink in. Be patient.

This is Bardo, by the way.

XO: As with most liberals, you are a very superior being. Elitist, even. And politically blind.

If I understand you correctly, you believe that proposing a solution is the same as producing one.

That is a liberal main-stay...good intentions are all that matter.

Bardo: It is hard to get things to sink in to solid granite heads. XO is a semi-regular who is almost as much of a narcicist as President BO.

Here we go again. Let's see if I can guess what Obama's new trio of fixes will be.

1. 100 percent tax on anyone making more than $80,000 a year.

2. 30% raise for all government employees.

3. Issue a shoot-on-sight order for small business owners.

LR: That's the ultimate goal. Take everything we make and distribute it to citizens based on their govermentally perceived need.

"From each according to his ability, to each according to his need."

Where have I heard that before?

How much do we bet that the job that keeps XO "gainfully employed" is subsidized by U.S. taxpayers?

QR: I don't really know. I just know he has an elitist's attitude and thinks he is better than anyone else.

Love this post Joe especially:

"President BO just babbles on, with dumb, ignorant statements that are absorbed by liberals as gospel.

In fact, liberals just burst with pride over this incompetent buffoon."

Perectly sums it up. I for one am happy to follow the party of "no".

"No" more Obama,Pelosi and Reid

lisa: Thanks. I will be SO glad when we no longer have to put up with this incompetent. I just hope he doesn't succeed in his hope of getting us destroyed in the mean time.

XO - I'm glad you're okay with supporting everyone around you because frankly I'm tired of paying for my friend's husband who refuses to get off his @ss and find a job. Why should he when everything can be given to him?

Maybe some of the less informed will be coming around to becoming informed. That's a prayer....stay well....

Joe - I love the last three lines in this post. Very poetic writing.
