YOU GOTTA LOVE LIBERALS!

(I put this picture here to sort of irritate liberals---hope it worked.)

From time to time liberals actually dare to read and comment on this blog.

Go back and read the comments and you will notice that they often castigate conservatives for their "hatred" of President BO, homo-phobia, racism, etc.

They tell us we should be tolerant of others' viewpoints, loving of Muslims and should work toward giving minorities lots of fish, instead of teaching them TO fish.

As evidence of their tolerance, they put pig faces on Glenn Beck, refer to Rush Limbaugh as a "big fat idiot" and warp the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (Republican-with whom I marched in St. Augustine and joined the sit-down at a St. Augustine lunch counter-and got assaulted by a bunch of Democrat KKKers).

Their message is: love every form of deviance, but hate conservatives...especially successful ones.

Ya gotta love liberals!

They are good for blog-fodder.

What you don't get, Joe, is that Beck referred to himself as a "rodeo clown," and he and Limbaugh were not elected by the American people to the highest Constitutional office in America.

Beck and Limbaugh are ENTERTAINERS. There is no prohibition against making fun of people who make fun of people or who make nasty comments about people.

When Limbaugh or Beck engage in piggish behavior, we call them out on it.

I haven't seen anything on your blog where you say you're offended by Limbaugh calling Mr. Obama a Hafrican-American, or Imam Obama, or saying Obama wants us all to kiss his backside because his father was black.

You cute little post titled "Living in the Bush," is an example of your getting away with racist innuendo. You'll clutch your pearls and claim you didn't write anything of the sort! But we know EXACTLY what you were implying by using that term and showing a picture of Mr. Obama. Living in the bush is an underhanded way of referring of African Bushmen or any African native--most post African live in the bush and some even eat bush meat.

You don't have the courage to say what you really mean, so you cloak your post in double-meaning, then you can blame liberals for reading something "unintended" into it.

Any junior high school teacher would see through that sham in a pico second.

Back to Rush.

Rush is a racist--a race baiter--anytime he says something about Mr. Obama, he refers to his race. That's what racists do. And you're upset when people characterize him as a piggy?

Beck, the self-identified clown, doesn't know what he's talking about most of the time, and the rest of the time he engages in hateful speech that divides Americans. He has referred to liberals as cockroaches.

I've shown Beck as a pig on my blog, but not a cockroach--I'm much nicer than he is in that respect.

The Conservaties in the south, Democrats AND Republicans, hated Dr. King and everything he stood for:

Integration
Equal Rights
Anti-war
Pro-Unions
Affirmative Action

Those are all Liberal causes.

As for your claim that MLK was a Republican, I have heard his son, MLK, Jr. refute that as well as his wife, again and again. I believe MLK's SON and Mrs. King, not you.

The Republicans who supported Dr. King were LIBERALS. The Democrats who worked to block integration were CONSERVATIVES.

That is the truth. No matter how much lipstick you want to put on it.

PS. I hope Beck stays where he is. He is a source of never ending hilarity and an easy target to use as an example of crass chicanery and loathsome cynicism.

SK: "That is the truth. No matter how much lipstick you want to put on it."

Spoken exactly like a liberal. It is true because you said it is true, whether it is actually true or not.

" Beck referred to himself as a 'rodeo clown,'"

So what?

So, can we call you out when you engage in piggish behavior?

How about Whoopie Godlberg. Can we put a pig face on her...or would that be racist?

"Living in the Bush" was so titled because of disguised liberal racism, not because of mine.

Would a racist march with Dr. MLK, stand with him on issues and put himself in jeapardy with KKKers?

With regard to Dr. King in St. Augustine...I was there, standing WITH him...were you? I don't remember seeing you.

You've used that son of MLK argument before. Why don't you check his voter registration. Maybe a fact or two will convince you.

Oops. I forgot. You're a liberal. Facts don't matter.

I'm a conservative. Integration, Equal Rights, votes for women, child protection, equal pay for equal work, those are MY issues.

I defy you to find any college kid (which is what I was at the time) who spent more of his time arguing for civil rights than I did...and still do.

I'm for civil rights, not special rights.

Beck has shown you as a cockroach?

Shoot...I missed that!

Thank you Glenn Beck for bringing back some honor to this once great nation.
Dear Shaw Kenaw, be you liberal, democrat, republican, progressive or tea party, WHITE OR BLACK, or whatever.
It seems "racism" is used quite easily these days and almost always by liberals wanting the handouts from the government to continue. I WORK FOR A LIVING, I so not suck off the hard work of others. I borrowed to attend college and paid every dime back while I was earning pretty poor wages. It's called RESPONSIBILITY AND INTEGRITY. When Obama was campaigning he promised that no one that made under $250,000 would pay higher taxes. That promise was BS, now Obama want me to pay even more taxes. I don't want any more taxes...NONE and I don't think if I pay them that Rangel and Pelosi and Geitner et al should get off with pretending to not know about taxes or not pay them or hide their property and money. How many homes do those democrat millionaires have and Rangel and Geitner couldn't be bothered to pay taxes but they want my money? You damn democrats better poop your pants, because for every person that was there on Saturday, there are 10,000's who believe that way but weren’t there. Unlike the Al Sharpton supporters that inflate attendances due to being slackers on the public. Or paid activists. Or union busloads. November will bring your socialist utopian plans crashing to a halt, what remains to be seen is if the cancerous damage you did can be reversed.
I challenge all you and all your liberal friends who post on here to actually say something of substance instead of just name calling like "You're a racist, you're a bigot, you're a redneck hillbilly". You liberals never say anything that has a point to it. But you can never say anything about Beck without the name calling. Glenn's observations about Honor are noble, and I support his effort.

Exactly! Spot on. They want to keep minorities under control. Heaven forbid they are taught to fend for themselves. Oh the travesty!!

Joe, what a privilege to have been able to march with MLK!! Wow!

Sue: Thanks for coming by. I visited your blog, but could not leave a comment.

Beck's fervor and zeal for America rubs liberals the wrong way, for they do not think of us as an exceptional country.

Their desire is for us to be like all of Europe...something to which I do not aspire.

Leticia: It was an honor, to be sure...even more of one today than it was then, 'cause I was just a young adult.

It's not like we were buds, I never got to meet him. But I walked in the crowd. I did get to sit with a bunch of Americans who were black and who were staging a sit-in at the corner ReXal drug store in St. Augustine.

The guy behind the counter was really stressed, and did not know whether or not to serve me. When I told him to treat me like he was goint to treat the others at the counter, he almost had appoplexy.

I was acosted outside by two giant hulks who threatened to take me behind the drugstore and paint me black with shoe polish.

Thankfully, a deputy sheriff pulled up to the corner and the two bruits left.

Shaw, please educate yourself on the TRUTH behind the Civil Rights Law...it'll be eye opening for you, I promise.

And Joe, we can't have ANY sense of humor; we must NEVER call ourselves cutesie names, we must NEVER do the slightest thing that's loose and fun or politically incorrect because when the Left can't fight our facts and our values, they need to fight ad hominems, and brother DO THEY EVER.

To Sue,

Whatever you're smoking or popping in your mouth, has provided you some great hallucinations. I called neither you nor anyone else here names.

If you are so hot to make your point, try using facts and not your fevered imagination.

You made no point but merely stated complaints based on not my comment but god knows what. You were all over the place and made no sense.

You worked for what you have? Yeah. So did I and every single liberal in my family. And every male in my family served in the military and my nephew is currently deployed as an Army Ranger in Afghanistan.

I am absolutely correct in stating that Beck and Limbaugh use name-calling and gross language when they criticize liberals and the president.

There appears to be a double standard with you people.

You have no problem in having Beck or Limbaugh or even the host of this blog call the president names, but when I, or any other person, give it back in kind you all bellow FOUL! you meanie liberals!

JJP: "Spoken exactly like a liberal. It is true because you said it is true, whether it is actually true or not."

SK: It is the truth. If you don't think so, you need to link to where it is refuted.

" Beck referred to himself as a 'rodeo clown,'"--SK

JJP: So what?

So when I depict him as a clown, I'm only showing him as he names himself. That's so what.

JJP: "So, can we call you out when you engage in piggish behavior?"

It doesn't work like that, Joe. I don't engagte in piggish behavior. I don't have a national radio or teevee show where I lie about the president. Don't misdirect this and make it personal to me.

JJP: "How about Whoopie Godlberg. Can we put a pig face on her...or would that be racist?"

If you want to put a pig face on Whoopie Goldberg, go ahead. It's a free country. She's controversial and actually supported the child rapist Roman Polanski. That's rather piggish IMHO.

JJP: "Living in the Bush" was so titled because of disguised liberal racism, not because of mine."

Oh, that makes perfect sense. YOU title one of your blogs "Living in the Bush" because liberals are racists. You are one funny guy, JOe.

JJP: "Would a racist march with Dr. MLK, stand with him on issues and put himself in jeapardy with KKKers?"

Who brought this subject up? Are you trying to prove your non-prejudice bona fides because you marched with MLK? You're the one who put up a blog that has a double meaning "LIving in the Bush" when we all know what "the bush" means with regard to Africa. Yuk. Yuk. Just because you rubbed shoulders with MLK when you were a young'un doesn't mean you wouldn't harbor hatred for an African-American as an oldie. Ooops, is that ageism? Sorry. Oldie but goodie. Is that better?

JJP: "With regard to Dr. King in St. Augustine...I was there, standing WITH him...were you? I don't remember seeing you."

My parents would have been upset if their 12 year old ran off to protest in the south. But just because you did what you did, it doesn't give you permission to make racist innuendo now about this African-American president.

JJP: "You've used that son of MLK argument before. Why don't you check his voter registration. Maybe a fact or two will convince you."

I believe MLK, Jr., not you. You show ME his voter registration to prove that he was registered Republican, okay?

JJP: "I'm a conservative. Integration, Equal Rights, votes for women, child protection, equal pay for equal work, those are MY issues."

Good for you Joe. I always knew you were a closet LIBERAL. Those are PROGRESSIVE issues, my friend.

JJP: "I defy you to find any college kid (which is what I was at the time) who spent more of his time arguing for civil rights than I did...and still do."

Well, I would have used Chaney, Goodman, and Schwerner, but they're dead. Killed by racist conservative southerners.

Joe said...

SK: The funny thing is, I was not making any effort to hide the double meaning of the title of the post...indeed, it was the POINT of the post.

In fact, I repeated it so that everybody would get the point.

Get the point?

You have slighted me, by the way. There is more than double entendre to the title...it is tripple entendre...maybe even quadruple.

Bush/African bush/blame Bush/is he from the bush?

The thing about racism is that it has become a misdirection for "gotchaism." It gives one side something dire to say about the other.

For instance, if I call Whoopie Goldberg a pig, that's OK. If I call her a black pig, that's racist, because she actually IS black. Someone who IS black should not be referred to as black even though she/he really is black, even though black is not really an accurate description of black people.

If I tell you that one of my best friends is black, that's pandering to black people, even though he IS black.

On the other hand, if I pretend that he is not black, it's racist because I am not being honest in our relationship.

He works at the hospital where I had my stents put in. As I was rolled out of the OR, he was coming up the hall, sat on my gurney, allowed the orderlies to now push him AND me, looked up at the head orderly and said, "Have I ever introduced you to my brother?"

The poor prderly did not know what to say, 'cause Mike is very black and I am a dedicated pale-face. (oops...another racial slur...this time against American Indians, I suppose).

Here's the bottom line, SK:

GET OVER IT ALREADY!!!!

You're behaving more like a racist than most racists can behave.

I haven't seen liberals in this high a drama-queen mode since GW was elected -- and then reelected.

First, they say Beck is a clown and an entertainer, then they say he is a dangerous racist.

First they condemn the TEA Party for the actions of a few nutjobs (even if they have to plant those nutjobs at rallies), then they tell us NOT to condemn Islam for the actions of a few nutjobs.

Clearly, Dissociative identity disorder is one of the symptoms of liberalism.

Joe said...

LR: Well, they certainly have AWDWMIANJ syndrome: Anyone Who Disagrees With Me Is A Nut Job.

When President BO acts like a Hafrican-American, we call him out.

Do you really not understand your own inconsistancies?

What's the matter, Shaw Kenawe, did I hurt your feelings that I called you what you are?

Too bad, so sad, life is filled with pain. Get real, this country does not want your kind of governing. That's why we have been fighting wars!

Just Sue,

Now you've stooped to taunting like a schoolyard child, eh?

I have no interest in your 5-year old level of discourse.
