YOUR UNSOPHISTICATED AMATEUR the POTUS

If that had been George Bush, it would not have been called a flub, it would have been presented of evidence of his dunceness, his stupidity and his cowboyishness.

But it wasn't George Bush...it was President BO.

So it was just a flub.

But the question is, who in the world is his "chief of protocol?"

Whoever it is, he/she is dumber than a slime pit.

This is not the only amateurish action by our president, and many of the others have been aimed at Great Britain.

Here are some others (explanations here):

1. Siding with Argentina over the Falklands

2. Calling France America’s strongest ally

3. Downgrading the Special Relationship

4. Supporting a federal Europe and undercutting British sovereignty

5. Betraying Britain to appease Moscow over the New START Treaty

6. Placing a “boot on the throat” of BP

7. Throwing Churchill out of the Oval Office

8. DVDs for the Prime Minister

9. Insulting words from the State Department

10. Undermining British influence in NATO

11. Giving the Queen a set of CDs with his speeches on them

How many more would you need, you liberal/progressives, before you admit that you elected the most inept person in the universe to be president?

Instead of trying to justify President BO's sophomorism, just answer the question.

What would it take to convince you that he is a George Bush dunce X 7?

(For those of you educated in a government school, that means President BO is 7 times more of a dunce than George Bush ever was).

Answer the question, you nimrods. What would it take?

No, no, no. Don't try to deflect the question.

Don't try to evade it.

Don't try comparing President BO to someone else.

We're not talking about someone else here.

We're talking President BO.

What would it take to get you to admit that you elected a total dunce?

He is nothing but a rank, philosophically sophomoric amateur with no idea what the real world is about.

Period.

(In case you missed it, he started the toast with the words that were supposed to be at the end of the toast and that served as the cue to the band to start playing.)

What's wrong with giving DVD's to the prime minister?

And don't tell me he doesn't have a region free player. Heck you can pick up a Pioneer 610 for $80. Upshift it to 1080p with an HDMI connection and it's near Blu-ray.

Mine plays anything I throw at it.

Ducky: I'm not at all suprised that you don't know what's wrong with giving a DVD set of irrellevant content to a Prime Minister.

Joe...I know he shouldn't have started the toast like that but I felt he was stuck and couldn't just stop speaking. I think you're right about his advisors; any Chief of Protocol should have given the band the toast (it was written down and he read it) so they knew when to start, but even I can't blame the dope :-)

I'm trying to picture the Queen sitting back watching footage of her parents' visit to the States...."now isn't THAT fun, pip pip, and all that ROT!"

Joe said...

Z: If that is what was written on the card, then his Chief of Protocol should be fired.

But notice...he put the card down before starting the actual toast.

Either way, it one of a string of diplomatic errors he has made.

He is the Child President.

Wow! I almost felt sorry for the guy. How absolutely humiliating...apparently no one taught him about protocol?

Joe said...

Leticia: Yeah, you can't help gasping for him, but wouldn't a little presidential preparation prevent that kind of boo-boo?

If that had been the only one, I'd say OK...but it is part of a long, long list of protocol errors by this amateur.

He may have been charimatic and he may have been black, but he was not prepared for this office.

When I was a kid, my one-legged Uncle Jimmy Ray and my Aunt Bertie came up from Louisiana to visit us.

I remember we were all watching The Tonight Show. The musical guest was the great jazz trumpeter, Dizzy Gillespie.

At the sight of a black man (not Uncle Jimmy's terminology) on TV, Uncle Jimmy became physically ill and had to leave the room.

I see that reaction a lot among people who cannot stand the thought of a black man in the White House. It just sticks in their craw like a catfish bone.

Nothing gives me greater pleasure than watching them squirm with distaste and discomfort, stewing in their bigotry and hatred, unable to do anything about it but nitpick, spew and bloviate.

Even if President O'Bama was as horrible as they imagine in their worst nightmares, he is still 100 times better qualified and more presidential than the retarded rodeo clown he replaced and 1000 times better than than the Republican ticket in the last election.

Just to carry the comparison further, the last Republican ticket was 10,000 times better than any of the lame, damaged, unqualified, delusional Republican "candidates" lining up to swing at the ball in 2012.

I would suggest that tilting at windmills is a tiring business and President O'Bama's critics should pace themselves. It's going to be a long 6 years.

XO: "I see that reaction a lot among people who cannot stand the thought of a black man in the White House. It just sticks in their craw like a catfish bone."

If he were as white as the new born snow, with his policies and abilities, I'd still raile against him.

He is more incompetent than George Bush ever was, and I didn't like George Bush that much.

(By the way, even during the parts of his policies that I didn't like, George Bush was still a white man...proving that I can be an equal opportunity disliker).

Joe, he is truly a disgrace as a president. What an embarrassment to America.

I'm guessing that one-legged uncle was a democrat. Democrats have always had a problem with black people holding office, voting, reading, being freemen.

As Bill Clinton once said about Obama, "A few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee."

As for Obama's flub, Bush DID screw up during his visit, but the corrupt liberal media treated the two stories quite differently.

Joe said...

Leticia: He is, isn't he?

LR: See, it was wrong for Bush to make any mistakes. Everybody should know what he did and why it was such a horrible thing.

With Obama, it is OK to make mistakes. Not really important at all.

And whereas Bush made fun of himself over his wink, Obama dare not make fun of himself over doing the toast wrong. That would not be good for his massive ego.

Obama is completely out of his league. We knew this at a time when his only qualification for the presidency was the comparatively few months he had in the US Senate. His success in gaining the White House has far more to do with George Soros’ influence with 30 media outlets than anything else, including his skin color.

Still, it is interesting to see how long it took someone to put forth the claim of racism. By XO’s devotion to the Jim Crow Party, we have to assume that he voluntarily signed up for slavery redux; good move. How's that black theology working out for you?

We've always known that he is in way over his head.

XO do you actually believe half the racist claims you make or do you like to stir the pot like the s---stirer in chief? Obama is a far Left liberal who by all accounts dislikes this country and is only worried not about how the world sees us but how the world sees him.
And furthermore since you and the rest of your ilk only see color and not character, the people who don't like Obama and his overreach would be quite supportive of Allen West or Herman Cain and I am sure the racist comments would be coming from the left good and strong like it does if any black person,Hispanic or woman doesn't tow the liberal line.
So why don't you take your race baiting remarks to the ghetto where it would be more welcome.

Joe said...

Mustang: He has become the child president. He rules by fantasy.

Shoprat: See above.

Comment Deleted: Ooops!

Lisa: Democrats are racists, as are all liberal/progressives.

I am just wondering what the disaster ravaged people of Missouri must have been thinking about our President being abroad in Europe, drinking beer and dining and sightseeing, while they are out looking for their missing beloved family members .

Sad, just sad....

It's what we get for electing an empty suit.

Z said...

I'm stunned by Xavier Onassis' reaction....here are a bunch of people commenting on Obama's manners, not his color.

Yes, Joe, his Chief of Protocol should definitely be fired.

Xavier, these same people you slam for being racist would vote for Herman Cain and/or Alan West tomorrow if we could.......some racists.
Maybe Obama supporters just can't bear that we don't like his POLICIES or his DEMEANOR, it has ZIP to do with his color.
Gosh, he writes in his books about the white blood in his veins feeling bad to him and then goes to Ireland saluting his white Grandfather...talk about confusion (and that's a euphemism)

I spoke with a UK friend today, and he told me that Obama's early words in the toast are typically saved for the end of the toast. No wonder the orchestra started playing before Obama was finished!

I am amazed that Obama didn't have better sense than to shut up one the UK's anthem began playing. Ignorant!

A few years ago I met a man who's job was training state department personnel in protocol. He said, it's important to know the customs of other countries because, quite simply, what one country considers polite and respectful, another country could consider rude and insulting.

Either the guy who teaches Obama proper protocol is doing a horrible job, or more likely, Obama is simply ignoring what he's told.

A narcissist such as Obama doesn't have to listen to anyone. He knows best.

Joe said...

Z: A liberal/progressive will turn anything he doesn't agree with into racism...every time.

That's because HE is the racist.

AOW: Yeah, that would have been better than what he did. It's almost as though he though they were providing him with bakground music...how important he must have felt!

Mark: Obama ignores MOST of what he is told.
