No need to pout, Joe.

But please think about this:

That guy you call "the amateur president," formerly "the child president?"

He managed a very, very good professional win.

That's not amateurism, that's a guy who knows how to surround himself with very, very smart and capable people.

You'll go on insulting the man the American people chose, I know. But you'll look silly if you continue to call Mr. Obama an amateur.

Amateurs don't win TWO presidential elections.

This one did.

The boy president and Chris' Mathews can go screw each other!

Now that Obama can be "more flexible" we ill see his true colors. He is the only president to be reelected with few votes than in his first election. He made it by the skin of his teeth.

Therefore, I call on all liberals who predicted Obama would win in a landslide, do the honorable thing and commit hara kiri.

JJP: "This one did."

Ha! That is called self-delusion.

With an economy that isn't robust and all the other negatives that Mr. Obama had going against him, he was able to defeat the GOP business guy nominee who had billionaires feeding unlimited money to PACs in order to defeat the "amateur?"

Keep telling yourself those pretty little stories. They'll make you feel good, but they won't change reality.

LR: "'more flexible'"

"Flexible" means we're able to flap in the wind.

One who is too flexible will stand for nothing.

Putin must be jumping with joy!

Joe said...

SK: I admit he is an excellent election winner. At pulling the wool over people's eyes he is a professional.

At everything else he is a rank amateur.

And a Boy president no matter what anyone says.
I guess that. Romney failed to play Basketball last night and that did him in.

Tonto's Catcher "Therefore, I call on all liberals who predicted Obama would win in a landslide, do the honorable thing and commit hara kiri."

It was not only an Obama landslide but an across the board democratic landslide.

Nothing is in dispute. No votes are being recounted. There are no law suits. There are no hanging or pregnant chads.

There was a clear winner. It was Obama. The people have spoken.

Oh, and not only did the democrats sweep it, but voters approved gay marriage and recreational marijuana.

The country is moving forward and leaving folks like you in the dustbin of history.

Darth "And a Boy president no matter what anyone says." Guess we're seeing your true colors now, huh? But that doesn't surprise anyone. You've never hid your racism. You flaunt it.

Joe - Come on now - someone had to win. You didn't really want Mitt Romney as President - now did you.

Keep up the good work on your blog and let President Obama know that you are on to him.

Whatever you think! I really couldn't care less about what a schmuck like you thinks. Never did, and never will....
And I have to say that be careful about what you wish for , because your'e going to get it.

Joe said...

XO: So "boy" is now racist?

What do you call a small male child?

Are only small male black children called boys?

What have you done to our language?

Sue. We can always depend on you for some words of wisdom

Joe. Are you really shocked at what XO said? It was expected, that's what they do. If you disagree with their Marxist agenda, you're a racist.

Ducky's here said...

Joe, the child president absolutely kicked the Tea Party's butt.

The child president absolutely took you to school.

Ducky's here said...

Tonto's catcher, you took one swing state. One (1).

That's called taking a beating.

But I've got an idea:

Palin/West 2016.
Pitch till you win.

Xavier Onassis said...

Joe - "So "boy" is now racist?" When that term is used to describe an adult black male in the same way that slave owners used to refer to their slaves, yes, that would be racist.

Why do I even have to explain this to you?

Darth - "If you disagree with their Marxist agenda, you're a racist." You really need to buy a dictionary and look those words up because you clearly have no idea what either of them mean.

sue hanes said...

Darth - I'm always glad to give you my opinion. I notice that you took the time to comment about my comment. That is something - at least. If you really want words of wisdom - read the entry on my blog about the election.

If you want a succinct summary of what America aspires to, you need look no further than this image.

This says it all. In America, anyone can be whatever they want to be. IF we have an even playing field and the deck isn't stacked to favor the rich over the poor and the whites over everyone else.

We just secured 4 more years to stay on the path to make that a reality.

Oh excuse me, I didn't realize that I was not only addressing a Commie, but a Commie professor , in any case screw you and the donkey you rode in on.

Sorry, but I'll pass on that.

Xavier Onassis said...

Darth - I suspected you would. Ignorance thrives on isolation and is destroyed by exposure to the truth.

That's why scaredy cat conservatives build hidey holes in the ground stocked with food and ammo.

Good luck with that.

How in the world did folks like George Washington Carver, Connie Rice, Clarence Thomas, and other prosperous Blacks make it before there was a Barack Obama?

Your "even playing field" would mean that everybody has exactly the same ability to "make it." That is both impossible and unrealistic.

But for those who are willing to do what it takes to succeed, success is waiting for them, and has been since long before Obama (or XO for that matter).

You just don't get it. It's not about "ability", it's about "opportunity".

Take two individuals with the exact same abilities.

One of them is the African American child of a single mother who works as a janitor at a public grade school and receives some public assistance to put food on the table.

The other individual is one of Mitt Romney's sons with a trust fund worth hundreds of millions of dollars who has never worked a day in his life.

Which one of those individuals is going to be presented with the most opportunities to apply their abilities to be a success?

If you say that the janitor's son has the same opportunities as Mitt Romney's son, then you are completely delusional and live in a fantasy America that never existed.

The janitor's son won't be playing polo on the weekend with the sons of CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.

Doesn't matter what his ABILITIES are, he doesn't have the same OPPORTUNITIES to put his abilities to work to make himself a success.

Because our entire American society is structured BY the wealthy FOR the wealthy.

Not exactly, darth.

If you notice, Bloomberg got services up for the commercial sector pretty quickly.
Most of the neglect has come to public housing and the poor. This is what a privatized system would look like only the privatized system would be worse.

Notice which group has been very effective in distributing supplies?
#occupy.
The dirty hippies still have their organization intact and got up and going quickly.

Meanwhile, Governor Olympics (R.I.P.) had his campaign staff buy some supplies at an Ohio Walmart to use as a photo op similar to Ryan "washing" clean dishes at the food pantry.

I doubt Romney made a charitable contribution to Sandy victims, they aren't Mormons.

Johnson; $1.50 per day hair washer, Sarah Breedlove (Madam Walker); Brooklyn housing project raised, Shawn Corey Carter; farm raised and former custodian, Archie Alphonse Alexander; farm-born orphan, Matthew Henson; orphaned and priest raised, Frederick McKinley Jones; doorman’s daughter, Marguerite (Maya) Angelou; son of a barber, Ralph Bunche; born into a poor family, Louis Armstrong; railway clerk and slave grandson, Percy Lavon Julian; son of a black barber, Daniel Hale Williams; and literally hundreds of others who rose above their circumstances through hard work, talent, perseverance and determination.

Don;t give me your uneven playing field crap. That's just plain stupid.

You big Government Liberals, listen up!

If Obama keeps his promise to raise taxes on those who make $250,000.00 a year and more, in time, you will likely be unemployed, and there will be no more money left for unemployment insurance.

I don't understand why you apparently don't get it. Do you think any of these wealthy people, who are the job creators, will just pay the higher taxes and NOT increase the prices on goods and services to compensate for the loss of income? Do you think they will take a cut in pay?

It's a cycle, Libs. Higher taxes begets higher prices. Higher prices begets less consumer spending, which begets more higher prices to compensate for the loss of profits, which begets yet less consumer spending, which prompts business owners to lay off employees, creating a new crop of unemployed, who can spend even less than they could before, which causes the business owner to either go out of business or raise prices even more, neither of which solves the problem. In the end, Obama must raise taxes again to compensate for all the business owners he has driven out of business and the cycle begins again, except with much less business owners and much more unemployed people.

That's what electing Obama will ultimately spawn. So save your money, Libs! You will need it to survive Obama's 2nd term.

Interesting Mark, you assume the so called free market operates on monopoly pricing.

Your example is asinine.

Also reference the study that Mitch McConnell suppressed indicating that lower taxes do not produce jobs.

You're just spouting some boiler plate supply side dogma. Didn't work and it's in the dust bin with monetarism.

Craig said...

Also reference the study that Mitch McConnell suppressed indicating that lower taxes do not produce jobs.

If Mark and his ilk had just paid attention to recent history, they wouldn't need a study. Obama wants to raise the top marginal rate to where it was under Clinton. When Bill was pushing for that small increase we heard the same crap from Repubs.

Rep. Newt Gingrich (R-GA), February 2, 1993: We have all too many people in the Democratic administration who are talking about bigger Government, bigger bureaucracy, more programs, and higher taxes. I believe that that will in fact kill the current recovery and put us back in a recession. It might take 1 1/2 or 2 years, but it will happen.

Wrong. 23M jobs, rising incomes across the board and balanced budgets.

Bush came in and cut taxes and the same people said it would unleash the job creators. The result was the slowest job growth in the modern era, exploding deficits and economic collapse.

Pat attention, Mark.

Before you point to Reagan, remember that the top marginal rate was 50% for the first 6 years of his admin. He raised taxes and fees 11 times and when the TMR went to 28$ (the last 1year and 1 month of his term), the Cap. Gains rate was 28%.

The evidence clearly refutes your blind faith in supply side fairy tales.

Dave Miller said...

Craig, no conservative has an answer as to why jobs grew under Clinton, in spite of the Gingrich rhetoric and dropped when Bush 2 cut taxes.

They also have no answer for the cited study, which is why they worked to suppress it. It totally contradicts their orthodoxy with facts.
