This woman is the Chairman (Chairperson...Chairwoman...how in the world do you say that in this politically correct world, anyway) of the Democratic National Committee!
She is one of your leaders!!
And she can't address the question, but pretends that her misdirection IS answering the question.
In effect she is saying, "I don't care what you are asking, I'm going to change the subject and pontificate what I want to proclaim!"
Typical liberal methodology.
