HOW'S YOUR CONSTITUTION?

Well, Joe, why don't you get a bunch of your friends together and challenge some of the stuff you don't like before the Supreme Court.

Fact is that until legislation is overturned by SCOTUS it's the law of the land.

That's one reason we want Obummer's health care giveaway to be overturned. It leaves single payer, which passes court muster, as the route to health insurance reform.

Bill Whittle has to be one of the smarmiest little short bus sophists I have ever heard. Man he is a loser.

Actually, you're looking in a mirror.

Hamilton, implied powers, and Madison, enumerated powers, had this argument. The Hamiltonian argument prevailed.

"Conservatives follow the law". Like G.W.B. and his ~700 signing statements?

Actually, you're looking in a mirror.

Ducky, Is it just me, or is the quality of the Righties insults getting even worse? Just when you think the bar couldn't be lower. C'mon Joe, punch it up a little.

Craig: I can stoop as good as the next guy.

I'm just so tired of the veiled insults promulgated by liberals here that I have decided to take the vail off of my own.

Barack Obama, like most liberal's today, does not care what the Constitution says. He's more interested in pushing his socialistic agenda, where isn't any room for the Constitution

Joe regarding Tea Party politeness. From a Elisabeth Warren campaign event.
-----
Speaking in a packed VFW hall, Warren went on to address his question about her association with Occupy Wall Street. "I've been protesting what's been going on on Wall Street for a very long time," she said, but added that the movement has its own independent agenda and will proceed along its own course.

"Yeah, so has the Tea Party," the man said, before losing his cool.

"Well, if you're the intellectual creator of that so-called party," he said, "you're a socialist whore. I don't want anything to do with you." The crowd shouted him down as he added that Warren's "boss," presumably referring to the president, was "foreign-born." He then attempted to storm out through a side door. Finding it locked, he retreated out the back of the VFW hall instead.

Here's another liberty lovin' tea partyer. All he wants is smaller govt., less taxes and to kill a lot of U.S. citizens and government officials.

Meet Samuel J. Crump.

Crump was seen as the arrested group’s expert on ricin...“You take a pound of that (unintelligible), get upwind, up around Washington, DC, get about 20,000 feet (in an airplane), and turn that s*#t loose, it’d cover the whole (unintelligible) of Washington,” he allegedly said. Alternatively, he suggested releasing the ricin out of a car on the highway.

“Just think, put all that s@%t out, and it starts goin’ towards Washington, peoples starts kicking the bucket like that, you’re talking about a red flag buddy,” Crump allegedly said.

The quotes are from the FBI affidavit. "Allegedly" is used for legal reasons, not because it's hearsay.

I'm sure Sam didn't litter at the tea party parties so he's not like those filthy OWSers.
