OWS MAN DEFICATING ON POLICE CAR WITNESSED.

The London Daily Mail reported: “Stinking up Wall Street: Protesters accused of living in filth as shocking pictures show one demonstrator defecating on a POLICE CAR.”

The newspaper reported:

According to eyewitnesses, when people ran to tell nearby police about the man defecating on the squad car they were ignored.

Standing downwind of the piles of rubbish, bankers walking past the man did a double take before hurrying away.

Brookfield Office Properties, which owns Zuccotti Park, the site of the New York demonstration, have already railed against protesters, who they claim are creating sanitation problems.

‘Sanitation is a growing concern,’ Brookfield said in a statement.

The Daily Mail? Tey of the classic "Abortion hope after 'gay genes' finding" headline?

Your kind of paper, Joe. You subscribe?

Any of the New York papers report it or just a British tabloid?

Joe said...

Ducky: Wouldn't make a bit of difference to you if they did. But they are complicit in the event, anyway and would never report a negative note about it.

You should read what the photographer, Stefan Jeremiah, wrote about the defacation on the cop car.

You can read it here: http://www.bearwitnesspictures.com/news52191.html

Long story short, he simply assumed that this bum was part of the OWS because he was in the right place at the right time and chose a cop car as his toilet.

I covered the Occupy KC march here in KC and took over 100 pictures. You can see some of them on my blog. I didn't see any signs that said "CRAP ON COP CARS!".

"But as I've already said: I'm not stupid enough to think he represents the majority of the Occupy Wall Street protesters."

Yea, but Joe is.

XO: Uh, why should I trust anything photographer, Stefan Jeremiah, says?

Duck: The deficator may not represent ALL of OWS demonstrators, but the garbage pictures represent how they live, as do pictures of people walking naked, having sex in the middle of the protests, and other pictre of debauchery.

Ummm, because Stefan Jeremiah was the photographer who actually took the photo you are talking about? He was actually there and may know a bit more about the context in which he took the photo than you?

OH LOOKEE! An actual news report from actual journalists, on the ground in New York covering the OWS that completely contradicts everything our frien Jo Joe would have you believe.

How could Jo Joe be so WRONG? I mean, that's never happened before, has it?

Joe said...

XO: So, if I understand you correctly, any photographer who takes a picture is to be believed, no matter what he/she says?

And what about the pictures of trash I posted?

What about the news report I just linked to talking about how CLEAN the park is, hmmm?

Joe, in those photos the garbage is deposited in central locations for pick up. What's your problem?

Oh, I know, when Baggers demonstrate for three weeks they don't eat, defecate or sleep.

Xavier Onassis said...

Ducky - Of course they don't defecate. They're full of it.

Well, once again you fall a little (lot?) short, Joe.

The Bloomberg cleanup tactic failed dismally. In fact, the organizers sanitation committee has the park in such good order that several NYC city councilors are asking why Bloomberg isn't devoting the resources in their neighborhoods to get those parks up to this standard.

You lose again.

In fact, I'd say they've done pretty well for a month long occupation compared to a few astroturfed Baggers who are bussed in to listen to Palin yap for 15 minutes.
