SO, WHAT DO YOU THINK?

If you are a geologist, please explain to me why, if oil is a fossil fuel, we are extracting it from 30,000 to 50,000 feet below the surface, if fossils are invariably found at above 16,000 feet.

I think that people who are able to allow themselves to willfully wallow in such blatantly uninformed, uneducated, conspiritorial nonsense makes me weep for the depths of stupidity to which America has fallen.

Actually, there is a lot scientific conjecture that oil is NOT a fossil fuel.

Of course, liberals ignore anything that conflicts with their Bizarro-world beliefs. Never let facts stand in the way of a good crisis.

The sad part, liberals don't give a hoot about facts, just what fits their warped agenda.

Hey XO! I thought you had dropped off the planet! So, are you a geolodist? Can you set this guy straight with some geologic wisdom? What is your level of expertise in the subject?

I see your intellectual snobbery has not diminished one iota.

You are brilliant and anyone who does not toe your line is not.

Got it!

LR: Actually, the "fossil fuel" thing makes absolutely no sense of any kind and is built on supposition and synonyminism.

Leticia: Agenda trumps truth every time!

Wait, what businessman would put PROFIT above INTEGRITY? (Heh!) even way back then?

Man, if this guy's right, is he suggesting WE have enough in America that'll never dry up? I'm no scientist, TRUST me...help!

My Word Verification happens to be TAKIN...have we been? :-)

XO: BTW, I really appreciated your detailed explanation of why we extract oil from 30,000 to 50,000 feet below the surface when fossils only exist above 16,000 feet.

Good job!

Really affects the respect I have for your thought processes.

Z, that is exactly what he -- and many other scientists -- are saying. What the dishonest liberals aren't telling you in the first place is that the US has more oil than the entire Middle East. There are huge reserves in North Dakota and Montana. Geologists say that their previous surveys didn't show that much oil. They made a mistake. Well, it's entirely possible that they didn't make a mistake and that the oil appeared AFTER they made their surveys.

Of course, that doesn't mean we're out of the woods. No matter how often they're wrong (100% of the time), liberals will use the government to enforce their beliefs.

Just now, liberals are beginning to admit that ethanol is worse for the environment than gasoline. Good luck finding ethanol-free gas.

And the left will stubbornly resist drilling anywhere, any time. Every time liberals come up with some hare-brained, apocalyptic theory, they swallow it hook, line and sinker and change our laws to crush more of our freedoms.

Liberals feel, conservatives think.

Lone Ranger, thanks for that info...how would oil appear AFTER? Are you being sarcastic? how can oil HIDE itself the first time they surveyed?
Gad, I have conspiracy stuff but if WE have so much oil, why have our rulers made us so dependent?

When your gas tank runs low, does gas magically appear or do you fill it? According to this theory, the earth is constantly producing oil. When an oil field is depleted, it starts to recover again, just as when you leave a field fallow, it starts to build nutrients for growing again.

Liberals are offended at American exceptualism. They want to "level the playing field." They want "social justice." They want, not equal opportunities, but equal outcomes. If that means destroying your own country, so be it.

Losers always envy winners.
