THIS PROBABLY MAKES SENSE TO SOMEONE

The IRS will now require businesses to swear, under threat of perjury, that any downsizing they might have had to do throughout the year was not due to Obamacare…even if it was.

To avoid ObamaCare costs you must swear that you are not trying to avoid ObamaCare costs. You can duck the law, but only if you promise not to say so.

Obamacare forces individuals and companies to provide costly health insurance for their employees. Any company not doing this will be penalized… “taxed”… for non-compliance. This mandated insurance purchase, which has already begun for individuals, was supposed to have already started for companies too, but was unconstitutionally delayed twice by Obama (remember, he’s not a king. He doesn't get to even change a misplaced comma in a law passed by Congress).

Since companies that employ between 50 and 99 people will be exempt from the penalty for another year, they have a huge incentive to keep the number of people they employ at under 100. In other words, if a company employs 99 people, they would be crazy to hire anyone because they would then be subject to all the regulations, taxes and other red tape that accompanies Obamacare. Similarly, if a company employs, say, 106 people, that company has a massive incentive to fire 7 people in order to get its number of employees below the arbitrary 100 mark.

The Obama administration doesn't want Obamacare blamed for the high unemployment rate and lingering sluggish economy…even though it IS to blame. So they came up with a wonderfully awful plan to avoid this: don’t allow businesses to say that Obamacare was the reason they fired or didn't hire employees…even if it was the reason.

Yeah, let's get the most hated agency in the country, which is under investigation for targeting conservative groups and individuals, with enforcing the most hated law since prohibition.

What's scary is that liberals aren't the least bit bothered by Obam seizing more and more of our freedoms. The federal government dictates how much we should pay employees, what percentage should be minorities, and now they are trying to control who businesses can fire and why. Last year alone, the Obama administration issued 80,000 pages of regulations. It will soon become impossible to start a small business in this country, or to keep it running.

LR: I keep hearing comparisons between PBO (tap) and former presidents. There's a big difference. Obama's EOs have been designed expressly to circumvent Congress, not just to clarify or impliment something they were going to do anyway.

Obama is nothing more than a would-be dictator, who says, "I'm the President. I can do whatever I want." That's a direct quote.

Obviously this man has an ego the size of Texas because he stated that "I have a pen. And I have a phone"..
Obama is threatening to bypass Congress and legislate from the Oval Office by use of executive orders.
This president believes he above the law. His attitude is "I don't care what the law says. I am the president God Dammit and that means I should be able to do whatever the hell I want. let them take me to court."
And you people who voted for this guy thought you were electing a president?

I could be wrong, and I have been wrong about the way the political winds have been blowing before, but not this time: with all of the slime, skullduggery and pain to the public that Obamacare is wreaking, I predict that the full implementation of this garbage law will never happen. Too many God awful provisions are, Like Nancy Pelosi predicted, coming to the light of day after all of the fog of the initial controversy has lifted. To my point, this insurance industry bail out will cause some serious back lash from Americans.

It will not be tolerated by a (still) free society. Watch the 2014 returns, and listen to the campaign promises vowing to kill this beast that propel their champions to victory. I can smell it. I can feel it. It's coming.

Hey Friends of Progressive Insanity! (And you Phil Robertson Duck Commander lurkers.)
Let me give you a bit of my background.
I was born and raised in Boston and lived there for 72 years. I then moved to South Carolina and lived there for 2 years. I never heard even remotely close to the amount of bigoted and racist statements from people in the south than I did growing up in the north. So I returned to Boston , I have to say that I had never seen a bunch of blue collar, beer guzzling, racists as I did down South.
Racist Redneck Rebels is the biggest racist! And He Is Doing A great Job Keeping The Hate Alive!"
Pissing off conservative a-holes, is my lifetime commitment!

More half truths drawn from the hyperbole that is FOX News...

Joe, since the rules governing the governmental response to this have yet to be released, how can a credible claim regarding perjury be sustained?

Is that just opinion and not factual news?

Dave Miller, it's the time of the year when ALL GOOD Christians must confess and tell the truth. We know we are to confess our sins, am I for one am ready to do so.

I must confess and tell the truth, about my lies about George Bush and Sarah Palin. I must confess that I really think Mr. Obama is a dirty lying scoundrel. I must confess and tell the truth, about my lies about and that Rush Limbaugh was right after all.
I must, use my instincts here, apologize for the things that I have said about Redneck Rebel and others because they oppose the policies of the president and he like the other Cons were RIGHT!.
I may have sounded like I was on the verge of out-of-control and I most likely was. My passion got the best of me, and I really did not mean to be shouting at everybody like that.
Passion is one thing. Shouting, and name calling is another. I hope you will accept my apology. And i promise that i will not be that way anymore. In fact i will be a good little Progressive and mind my own business.
I will admit that what Mr. Obama did is the ultimate destruction of what was the best health care system in the world, and what was the greatest economy of the world.
And that the Lady blogger who blogs about Buffoonery and Nincompoopery was right all the time.

In North Carolina this weekend, activists held a ‘Moral March” in Raleigh to protest Republican legislation in the state. Among their grievances were voter identification laws, black conservatives in general, and lack of support for the Democrats’ social agenda.. The leader of the march was Reverend William Barber, recently of note for controversial comments about Congressman Tim Scott, whom he referred to as a ventriloquist’s dummy. Fox News contributor David Webb was on scene and brought back very revealing video of the protesters and their leadership. The .NAACP Marchers Say Tea Party Racist, But Can't Say Why
Hmm, they repeat the talking points uttered by the radical leaders, but can't give any examples. Just goes to show that they blindly believe what their leaders tell them and did not come to the conclusion on their own.

Complete and total nonsense. I challenge Joe to link to a credible news source that can backup this ridiculous claim.

I don't think it is a news coming from a legit person. Whatsoever, employees psychology has never been any concern to the HR of the company in the hiring procedure. But it should be.
