There Are But A Few Rules To Follow

This blog is about my philosophy of government, which is a very conservative philosophy.

I am biased toward conservatism, and make no apologies for that.
Freedom means not being controlled by the government, that being the very reason we declared our independence from Great Britain.

Government's job is not to provide things for people, but to provide the opportunity for people to persue the things they want via the vehicles of freedom and responsibility.

President Obama didn’t make any phone calls the night of the Sept. 11 attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, the White House said in a letter to Congress released Thursday.
“During the entire attack, the president of the United States never picked up the phone to put the weight of his office in the mix,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham, South Carolina Republican, who had held up Mr. Obama’s defense secretary nominee to force the information to be released.

Mr. Graham said that if Mr. Obama had picked up the phone, at least two of the Americans killed in the attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi might still be alive because he might have been able to push U.S. aid to get to the scene faster.
The White House has said Mr. Obama was kept up to date on the attack by his staff, though after being alerted to the attack in a pre-scheduled afternoon meeting he never spoke again with Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Martin E. Dempsey or then-Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

"Mission Accomplished" had nothing to do with winning the war. The reference was to the immediate mission of the ship Bush was on. But the media and liberals twisted it for their purposes of ridicule.

Note: Mission Accomplished which had nothing to do with "winning" the war but one particular mission that they went on and Bush also said after that we have alot more to do. But liberals

Can you imagine the hay they would have made out of the 57 state comment if Bush said it? Instead they say Obama was tired? that's total BS he had no idea how many states the U.S had. But apparently he knows that there are 57 Arab states. Nothing to see there, next

I guess you missed the fact that Gore was speaking in 1992 and the Bush he was referring to was Bush 41. No one disputed Saddam's use of chemical weapons on his own people. Gore was criticizing Daddy Bush because Saddam was our ally when he gassed the Kurds and he remained our ally until Iraq went into Kuwait. He also criticized GHW for ordering our troops to stand down and watch Saddam's helicopter gunships mow down Iraqi Shiites in the south.
After 10 years crippling sanctions, no fly zones in the north and south, not EVERYONE believed he still had WMD. Including Hans Blix and those inside our intel community.
But apparently he knows that there are 57 Arab states.
Lisa. Cupcake. Go back and read that conspiracy email. It isn't 57 'Arab' states, it's 57 'Islamic' states. Nevermind the Organization of Islamic states has 60 members. Obama said he had visited all but one state (in the contiguous U.S.) and that he wasn't allowed to visit Alaska and Hawaii. Yes, he said 57 instead of 47. Clearly, he's a Muslim.

But us republicans/conservatives, will not accept their way of compromise, in this mans opinion this is not by-partisanship, it is TYRANNY, period. Our terms are negotiable, their terms are political servitude. We will not abandon our children’s future. We will not accept a fate that will lead us to a generation of socialism in this country. We will not accept these politicians and bureaucrats who treat us like slaves rather than the America’s we are and our forefathers worked and died for. There are many others in this country who choose tyranny over liberty, that God we are not like that are. . These people whom I speak, about, the Liberals, the Progressives, the Socialists, and the people who only want the free-bees and hand-outs. Those people do not speak for us, 57 million of us who voted against this Socialists, and they do not get to dictate to us, no matter what! We hold the Constitution dear to us and we do not want to see it trashed by King Obama His Majesty!! We will resist this . We’re not going to surrender to this man who has been violating the Constitution of the United States.
We will not be belittled by those who write these asinine PROGRESSIVE blogs, There are those of us who are intelligent enough to see through it, and we will not participate in it. The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is the freedom of speech. My message to the liberal comment writers and the progressive bloggers, Is this, do you people care about four dead Americans, or are you so damn hell bent upon saving Obama and Hillary from embarrassment that you just don’t care? Do you want answers or don't you give a damn?
You cretins just sit there and accept anything that this president says to save his ass. Is that they way you acted when President Bush brought us into Iraq, or did you bitch about it til kingdom come?
We have yet to get any SATISFYING ANSWERS on Benghazi, and I'm betting that we never will. As Hillary said, What difference does it make now?
You can bet that if Bhenghazi had happened on Bush's watch these progressive bloggers like Shaw and her ilk would be screaming for bush's resignation/impeachment. Instead they protects Obozo along with the rest of this administration's slobbering psychopaths

Lisa, Joe posts a ridiculous video, with clips that are over 20 years old, that's supposed to be indicative of dumb things liberals have said. The implication being, all liberals are dumb. Sue was pointing out "dumb" has no ideological affiliation. It would be silly to get into a tit for tat on who says the dumbest things but I could fill a feature film length video with clips of just the dumb things conservatives have said about women's reproductive apparatus.

Major combat operations in Iraq have ended. In the Battle of Iraq, the United States and our allies have prevailed.
Later in the speech he makes it clear that the "Battle of Iraq" was one battle in the global "War on Terror". Notice he didn't say the battle of Takrit or the battle of Bagdad, he was talking about all of Iraq. He said we prevailed. That means "win", Lisa. A smart person would face reality. Landing on the carrier wearing a giant cod piece (I remember the 'liberal media' swooning over that), the banner (which the administration lied about who was responsible for putting it up) and the speech were a dumb thing to do.
