WDYWDCWDWWTN!

What do you want?

Dead Cops!

When do you want them?

Now!

OK.

There were two cops killed in NYC.

In Tarpon Springs, Florida, another one was gunned down.

Are we even yet?

You mindless, pitiful, pieces of pond sludge who shouted those "slogans" have gotten your way, now get off the streets of my country!

I don't care whether you play "professional" football or not. You are a piece of scum if you fell for the ploy of the provokers of these incidents.

"Hands up! Don't shoot!" was not your war cry. It was a demonstration of how stupid, arrogant, mindless and hate-filled you are.

Yes, I said get out of MY COUNTRY!

I am a citizen of The United States of America. You are a bunch of anarchists who hate liberty and justice for all.

When justice runs its course, you run in to the streets and "demonstrate."

"Demonstrate." That's your euphemism for looting, rioting and otherwise causing mayhem.

You pedantic cowards are only "brave" when you are surrounded by more of your own jackals.

I have an idea. Move to Cuba. I hear we're going to treat that bastion of Communism nice, now. You'll fit right in.

Those "mindless, pitiful, pieces of pond sludge" are not going anywhere anytime soon, Joe.

They will be with us for a long time. All we can do is give it our best shot to marginalize them and their activities, and try to confine them to the ghettos and back streets where they seem to proliferate.

Well said, Joe.

It was great to see that some businesses weren't harmed because armed men protected them. It's a good thing we still have SOME 2nd Amendment rights.

Glenn, seriously... what Second Amendment RIght has been repealed, or curtailed since 9/11?

Since you say we still have some I assume you have concrete examples of the ones we've lost and the laws, or Executive Actions that codified those losses.

Fredd: I afraid you are absolutely correct. The race baiters are intentionally blind and will never change.

GEC: I am always grateful for our police forces, the National Guard and the rest of our military men and women. The vast majority of them have our safety in mind.

I am also grateful for the greatest legal system ever devised by man. Although it has its flaws, it is still the cornerstone of our civil society.

DM: Come on, Dave! Even an irrational liberal can understand that enormous effort has been put forth to limit our Second Amendment rights. Or can he? He might not have the mental capacity to recognize the assaults.

Joe - Amen to that.

Dave,

Any place that does not allow people to carry their weapons, violates the 2nd Amendment.

The rules vary from state to state, and even city to city, and some make it virtually impossible. Limiting firearms to small magazine capacity is a violation of the ability to defend oneself.

I could go on, but I think you get the point.

Glenn, and Joe... as usual, both of you failed to cite any law, statute, or EO that takes away any 2nd Amendment Rights.

You may feel it is true, think it is true, or even interpret certain laws as doing that, but none of that makes it true.

Joe, no doubt some of us lefty libs would love to see certain people, like the NY Cop killer who had mental health issues, denied access to guns.

But that would take a national strategy, and that won't be happening anytime soon either.

Let me know if you guys can cite any hard evidence...

PS... Have a great Christmas guys...

Dave,

There is no way I can cite chapter and verse of the laws, but I gave you examples such as laws restricting the carrying of weapons, laws outlawing magazines beyond certain capacities. If you are not familiar with such laws, then you aren't paying attention.

Even laws restricting certain weapons from being allowed simply because they are scary-looking and labeled "assault weapons." Stupid thing like an AR-15 being outlawed in some areas while at the same time a Mini-14 IS allowed because it doesn't look like a military rifle, and yet they both use the same ammo and have the same semi-automatic capabilities and the same capability for large volume magazines.

Glenn, no right has been diminished. Choice maybe, but the very ability to arm your self has not, sadly, IMHO, been seriously challenged.

Your stance that no regulation is permitted would be tantamount to saying you can, in fact, yell fire in a crowded theater.

Dave,

When any city or state says a person cannot carry a concealed weapon for personal protection, THAT is a violation of the 2nd Amendment. If a person has given up that right due to criminal activity, that is okay. But no one should be denied just because a local government doesn't want people armed.

When a law says you can't have a magazine with more than 6 rounds, then they violate the 2nd amendment by denying adequate protective capability, and, if called as militia, one is denied adequate combat capability.

When a law denies a person a weapon just because it is "scary" looking, then the law had denied the right to choose the proper weapon for defense; i.e., violated the spirit of the 2nd Amendment.

When the law says you can have a weapon for defense as long as it doesn't leave your house, that is a violation of the 2nd amendment.

I never suggested no regulation be allowed, rather the problem is with over-regulation and strict control, which leaves lawful citizens defenseless against the criminals who will always have what the anti-gun laws prevent citizens from having.

DM: Let me put it this way: Anything that keep any law abiding, sound of mind, American citizen from keeping and using any type of fire arm he wants to is an infringement of 2nd amendment rights.

The willingness to take certain chances in life is the essence of liberty. You remember liberty, don't you? You know, "...give me liberty or give me death!"
