The number of people enrolling in insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act has far exceeded the projections. It is a success, it is working, and people like it.

Joe - California is the most populous state in the nation and represents a greater cross section of the American people than any other state. So, yeah. They are more representative of the nation as a whole than you southerners.
