I say pull out Afghanistan and leave the whole Persian area to its own devices. It's already much like Vietnam. Russian intervention in Afghanistan got them nowhere either.
These barbarians have been at each other's throats for centuries and all we do is lose our peoples' lives by wasting them over there accomplishing nothing. It is their ideology and we will never change that.

See, this is what you seem to not realize. Most of the stuff you post links to, we don't even have to click on. All we have to do is look at the source to know that is complete and utter nonsense.
This is why when you claim to be some sort of "Islamic scholar" we all laugh at you because your sources are all full of crap.
Barber presents facts. If you actually studied Islam and its history, you'd know that. But you don't want to read things like that because then you'd actually learn the truth, and you don't want facts to get in the way of your ideology.
