XO: You, sir, are both a liar and misinformed. You have drawn incorrect conclusions from the written record because you liberal mind set is incapable of following a narrative rationally. You truly believe you are being rational, but you are not.
I'm not a Limbaugh fan, but he is 97% closer to the truth than you are.
Just saying, I'm new here and it seems that the only people that want to sling mud at the other guy's party are the Progressives and the liberal pinheads.
Joe, Rushbo's version has been floating around since the 1950's. Take a couple minutes to read this article. It quotes actual historians like, Richard Pickering, a historian of early America and the deputy director of Plimoth Plantation.
Rush or Mr. Pickering, who should I believe?
Happy Thanksgiving, Joe. Easy on the gravy, we want to keep you around. If you can find it in your heart, give a little thanks to LBJ and the Liberals who gave you your excellent socialized health ins. I shudder to think where you would be if left to the private, for profit, insurance industry. You aren't profitable for them. Still shuddering.
From the Article: "Forget what you learned about the first Thanksgiving..."
Forget what revisionists have tried to teach you.
Why should we remember what we "learned" from people who were farther away from the actual event instead of those who were closer? Besides, you confuse the facts of the first thanksgiving with Thanksgiving Day, the holiday.
They are not the same, and Rush didn't say they were. You liberals just can't draw right conclusions from what you read or hear. You just can't, even when you think you can.
So many outright lies! Complete and utter NONSENSE! Limbaugh is an ignorant imbecile with no concept of actual American history.
ReplyDeleteIf you want the TRUE history of Thanksgiving, allow me to help:

Happy _giving.
Happy Thanksgiving to all. And just one after thought to our dear leader...
ReplyDeleteJust like all the other tyrants, you'll be gone soon as well Mr. Obama.
To my Conservative friends, Fight 'em 'til hell freezes over, then fight 'em on the ice.
And to our Liberal/Progressive "friends"
I leave you with this thought...
Remember that you are entitled to your own opinions but not your own facts.
I am thankful for my internet friends, some of them here I've known for years!

Xavier Onassis, your ignorance of facts as well as American history is clearly evident.

ReplyDelete97% Rush, 3% Pickering.

You love torment.

I'd be in heaven. So will anybody else who places their faith in, and only in, the finished work of Christ at the cross of Calvary.
I fear a lot of things, death isn't one of them.
